Not designed for
Not for compelled disclosure, monitoring another person, therapy, mediation, legal agreements, account aggregation, financial recommendations, or an unsafe situation. Stop using the shared workflow if participation is pressured or a shared record could make anyone less safe.
What this product does and does not do
- The editable workbook is designed for current Microsoft 365 Excel desktop on Windows or macOS. Excel for the web, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers are unsupported.
- PDFs need a PDF app that supports fillable forms to enter and save values.
- This tool does not make financial recommendations, aggregate accounts, encrypt files, prevent conflict, diagnose abuse, or monitor anyone.

Common questions
Do we need to merge accounts?
No. Use only the totals and topics everyone chooses to share.
Where do private reflections go?
The optional private check-in is a separate local PDF. Shared files have no automated import and no embedded private-check-in fields. The product does not encrypt files.
Can we use it with separate finances?
Yes. Separate finances are a valid boundary; use only the shared topics that fit your household.
Does it tell us what financial decision to make?
No. It organizes a conversation and follow-through; it does not provide financial recommendations.
Can we use it when disclosure feels pressured?
No. Stop using the shared workflow when participation is not voluntary, disclosure is pressured, someone expects to monitor another person, or a shared record could make anyone less safe.
Can I share it with clients or a class?
No. The license is for your personal household only.
