Recurrence you set
Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, custom, and one-time. Completing a recurring item rolls it forward instead of closing it out.
Email reminders
Choose due-soon reminders, overdue reminders, and one weekly digest. Every reminder links straight to the item.
Waiting For and ownership
Track who owes you what, what has no owner yet, and what the next action actually is.
Exports you control
Full CSV export and import, plus a calendar (ICS) snapshot for Google Calendar or Outlook.
Printable monthly summary
A clean print view for a monthly review at the kitchen table.
Locator, not vault
Record where an approved document lives — never the document, a password, or an account number.
What the Hub will never ask for or build
What it holds
Titles, due dates, cadence, owner, status, next action, who you are waiting on, and a plain-language note about where an approved record lives — for example “Home drive > Insurance folder”.
What it never holds
Passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, medical records, recovery codes, security answers, API keys, or uploaded documents. There are no bank, email, insurer, medical, or government account connections.
Reminders are email only. The Hub does not send SMS or push notifications and does not request device permissions.
How access works
- Access runs for 12 months from purchase. Renewing extends the existing term.
- Sign in with a one-time email link — no password to create or remember.
- Use the email address you used at checkout so your access is recognised.
- Access is activated from your order. If activation has not arrived, email support and we will activate it manually.
- You can export everything to CSV at any time, and delete all of your Hub data from inside the app.
- One primary user in this release. Household sharing is not included.
