Everforge Studio sells digital products delivered instantly by download. We want you to feel confident buying — if a kit isn't the right fit, we'll make it right.
7-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of your order, email us at support@everforgestudio.us.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to justify the request — a short note about what didn't work helps us improve, but it isn't required.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Shopify. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, your access to any downloaded files is up to you — we don't remotely revoke files you've already saved.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, refunds are handled case by case. If something is broken, mislabeled, or not what was described, we'll always make it right — reach out and we'll sort it.
Bundles and future updates
When you buy a kit, free updates to that kit are included for the life of the product. Refunds don't affect any updates already downloaded.
